Personalize Your Laundry Settings
When setting up your laundry preferences you can detail how you want your laundry processed. Bleach for whites, cold water for darks etc. You can select laundry detergents, fabric softeners, laundry additives from our list of products. Modify your settings whenever you like!

Pick Up
Leave out for Pickup
The day before your scheduled pickup, we'll send you a reminder to have your laundry ready. Gather all of your laundry and place in a cinchable bag. Place in a secure location for Driver to Pick up.
Additionally, we'll keep you informed when our driver is en route. Expect your impeccably cleaned, fluffed, and neatly folded clothes to be returned the on your scheduled delivery day.

On the day of your scheduled pickup, our Nebo Laundry driver will arrive sometime in the allotted window of time. Please have your items ready in a bag of your choice
Please separate any stained items or items that need special care. We are not able to read individual label washing instructions.
Make sure to double check your pockets! Nebo laundry is NOT responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, markers, pens, lipstick, gum, etc).
From there, your laundry will be out of your hands! Sit back and RELAX!
At your scheduled delivery time, your driver will bring your laundry back to you. A text will be sent when your clothes are en-route and again, once your delivery has been made.
